We had a great Fourth of July this year. Out started on the third with our culdisac having a bbq all together. Our neighbors, the Newells, hosted the party and we all brought yuumy side dishes to share. They had a great assortment of fireworks for us too. We all say around the curb of our circle and enjoyed the bright lights!
On the Fourth, we had Kory and Annie, Jerry and Betty, and Byron and Jemayla over. We had great food at the bbq too, steaks and chicken. We then drove to Jensens grove and went swimming all together. Poor Kory has abroken collar bone and so he wasn't as comfortable as he could have been but we tried to make it add nice a possible in our big yellow recliner camping chairs. The kids love to swim and play in the sand that it makes jensens grove the perfect place to go on the Fourth of July!!
After we swim, we get all changed and enjoy the fireworks show over the water.
