Swimming At Jensen's Grove

We went to "the beach" for a day. The weather was perfect and so we just packed up our things, drove 20 minutes and ended up at Jensen's Grove. It is a man made lake in Blackfoot, Idaho and has a pretty good sandy shore line. The kids love to go in and out of the water and make sand castles there. I like it because it is very open so you can see what the kids are up to if you don't go in the water, but on such a nice hot day, you would be crazy not to go in a little bit to cool off.

Jordyn and me getting ready to go in the water.

Eli already playing with some other kids.
Alexis enjoying the water.
Jordyn had no reservations about the water. She backed right up into the water like it was the only natural thing to do.
And then once you are in the water, you splash around.
The whole family.
Eli, Jared, Jordyn, Mackenzie, and Alexis just sitting in the water.
Jared and I sat on the edge of the water with Jordyn while the kids came and went.
