On Sunday the Easter Bunny came while we were at church. We are grateful for the bunny but we are more grateful for our Saviour Jesus Christ! The only reason we are able to have such Joy and Happiness in this life is because of the Atonement! Jesus Christ suffered for our sins, our sicknesses, and everything, so that we could repent, be healed, and have joy! He died and was resurrected and now we will be resurrected too and return to our Heavenly Father. Joy to the world that the Saviour lived and died for us! The Atonement also enables us to become more! It makes bad men good and good men better! It is for Saints and Sinners. Through faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, we can overcome anything, become anything, do anything! I am so thankful for Heavenly Father's Sacrifice of His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ!
I found it really ironic that a Santa plate was set for our Easter Dinner. I kept going around talking like Santa and saying things like, "Ho Ho Ho, Merry Resurrection!"
