My sister-in-law, Melissa, made Easter really special for my kids. Here, we are helping to stuff eggs full of candy for an Easter egg hunt.
Jordyn thoroughly enjoyed helping because if any of the candy wrappers were ripped or open a little, Mel would let her have the candy, and I think Mel "accidentally" ripped a lot of candy wrappers.
Noah is my brother, Jamie and Mel's oldest son. He was helping to stuff the super hard eggs. We got a brand new box of plastic eggs and they did not want to snap together.
Mel also got rice crispy's and taught the kids how to make little birds nests out of the treats. She was so nice to do these little activities with my kids.
Here are the finished birds nests, they look so cute with the chocolate eggs in them!
The grass is just coconut died with green food coloring. The kids really enjoyed eating these little treats.
