Easter fun

We had a really great Easter weekend. We went and visited my siblings down in Utah and joined them in their Easter activities. Eli and Jordan got to participate in the Easter egg hunt that Melissa and Jamie put on every year for their community . they even had an Easter carnival and Alexis and Kenzie helped with some of the booths. McKenzie was in charge of the Angry Birds booth and and Alexis was in charge of the bean bag toss. the kids had a lot of fun.

We also got to have an Easter egg hunt with Jared's family at Chad and Des's  house. It was a lot of fun being together with family and enjoying the nice Easter dinner. Betty need some hard boiled eggs and put our faces on each one of them and then we didn't hard boiled egg toss to see who could roll those so far this without cracking it. It ended up being just a game where we threw our eggs at Jared because he happened to be in the way.

I am so grateful for my Savior Jesus Christ and that on this Easter holiday we could celebrate the atonement that he made for us and the resurrection. I'm so grateful to know that my family can be an eternal family because of the sacrifice that our Heavenly Father made for me. I hope that I can daily show my gratitude for the many gifts that my Savior gives me. I hope that your Easter was filled with joy and happiness as much as mine was.
